About the project
Performance Insights is a comprehensive educational platform designed to manage and track the academic progress of students, teachers, programs, and activities. Through interactive dashboards and advanced data visualizations, it empowered schools to analyze not only student performance but also the effectiveness of teachers, extracurricular activities, and institutional programs. The platform also integrated services such as reporting tools and financial management, creating a holistic system to support the entire school ecosystem.
The goal of the platform was to bring clarity and structure to academic and administrative data, transforming raw information into actionable insights. By improving visibility, it enabled administrators, educators, and decision-makers to monitor progress, identify key areas for growth, and plan strategies that directly impacted long-term educational outcomes.
My role
I led the UI/UX implementation using Kendo UI, developing layouts, component themes, and design systems that ensured visual consistency and responsive behavior. I structured the interface to support real-time dashboards, progress tracking, and user-specific views for administrators, teachers, and parents.
This role allowed me to take ownership of the frontend architecture while collaborating with backend developers and stakeholders. It strengthened my skills in scalable UI development, frontend performance optimization, and the practical application of design systems within the education tech space.
